Notes on Custom lists lost

I put notes on all my wishlist items to remind me why I wanted it and what kind of game it is and stuff like that. Recently I moved all of one series (Atelier) to its own new Custom list. When I did all the notes were lost. I can’t add them back either, since the Custom list does not allow adding Notes. Can you make it so notes aren’t lost when moving items to a Custom list, and can still be seen on the Custom lists?
