Restore One-Click Wishlist Removal (as an optional setting)

Used to be you could remove an item from your wishlist with one click. Now, for me, I have to click, scroll down, and click again to do this basic and (for me) frequent task.
Please include an option in Account Settings that would make this feature of the site function the way it did before.
