Show where and when lowest price was

Currently, you can see what the lowest physical/digital prices were, but you have to inspect the graph to see where and when that was. There are some games where identifying the low point on the graph is very hard due to a long history and a very brief blip of that low price. It’d be great to have that information available, even as an info tooltip. If it hit the same low multiple times, only showing the most recent occurance would be fine.
